At Misti Leaf, we take great care in handcrafting beautiful terrariums and green creations designed to bring nature into your space. Each piece is made to order with attention and love. Because of the nature of our work and the freshness of materials used, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed, it immediately enters our preparation and design process. As each terrarium is custom-made, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order has been placed.
We encourage our customers to review their selections thoroughly—including product details, shipping information, and customization options—before completing the purchase.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the quality and care that goes into every Misti Leaf creation.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for orders once payment has been processed, except in specific, exceptional circumstances detailed below. Since our products involve living plants and fragile materials, we cannot resell or reuse items once they have been prepared or dispatched.


Exceptions — When Refunds or Replacements May Apply:

  1. Out-of-Stock Items:
    In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund for the affected product.
  2. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your terrarium arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the case, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
  3. Incorrect Item Received:
    If there has been an error in processing your order, such as receiving the wrong product, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the incorrect item is returned.
  4. Non-Delivery:
    If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window and cannot be traced through our courier partners, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including a possible refund.

Please note: Refunds or replacements in the above cases are subject to verification and are granted at the sole discretion of Misti Leaf.
